Gem show!
I recently went to the 'Mineral, Fossil, Gem and Jewelry Show' at the Jersey Expo center in Edison NJ. It was hard to focus on any one thing there because just as I found something beautiful there was something right next to it equally as beautiful to see! I was really inspired by all the colors and textures and amazing formations that nature creates.
Just look at all these gorgeous textures in the above close up photos.

These rocks right above glowed under black light!

(I met a nice dinosaur too!)
PS- After the show I noticed that Harold's Deli (an old family favorite) happened to be right next door, so of course a stop had to be made. Known for their EXTRA large portions many pickles were had but the roast beef and pastrami sandwich that was shared barely had a dent in it by the time we were full. (Leaving just enough room for a giant cookie to take home for later)
I think there needed to be more meat on this sandwich...
